1. Digital Product Access

Most H2Viral-branded products — including the H2Viral Machine, H2Viral Pro Expansion Pack, and H2Viral Platinum Upgrade — are delivered digitally via secure download or email.
Because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed, all direct downloads are considered final upon delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. Refund Eligibility for Direct Purchases

If a refund guarantee is explicitly offered at checkout (for example, “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”), you may request a refund within that stated period by contacting hey@h2viralmachine.com with your order details.
After the stated period, all sales are final.

3. Affiliate Product Purchases

H2Viral occasionally promotes third-party tools, programs, or offers through affiliate links in our content, emails, or website.
All affiliate purchases are processed directly through the respective vendor or retailer — not through H2Viral or Combs Studios LLC.
We do not control, manage, or fulfill these transactions, and we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through third-party links.

If you purchased through an affiliate link, please contact the vendor’s customer support team directly using the instructions provided in your purchase confirmation email or on their official website.

4. Unauthorized Transactions & Chargebacks

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization for an H2Viral-branded product, please contact hey@h2viralmachine.com immediately for assistance.
Unauthorized chargebacks filed with your bank or payment processor without first contacting us may result in account suspension and reporting to the payment provider for fraud prevention.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital materials (e.g., download link not working), please reach out to hey@h2viralmachine.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll make every effort to ensure successful delivery.

6. No Warranties or Guarantees

All digital materials are provided “as-is.” While we aim to provide high-quality educational and creative tools, no results, income, or outcomes are guaranteed. Individual success depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
